2) Order Related

Before placing an order, please read the terms below carefully. The terms may be updated periodically (e.g., to reflect changes in laws, technology, corporate decisions, business models, etc.), so we ask that you accept the terms and conditions each time you shop with us.

➀ Placing an Order

The online store is open 24 hours a day but may be closed for maintenance services. Wherever possible, we will try to perform maintenance services at night during Taiwan time [UTC+8]. All orders are processed on business days; if it is a national holiday or weekend, orders will be processed on the next business day.

➁ Product Appreciation Period

Within 7 days from the day after receiving the product, all products are entitled to the statutory appreciation period. During this period, please keep the box and packaging intact and ensure the product remains in its original condition, avoiding odors, wear, washing, stains, etc., to protect the rights of both parties. To protect the rights of both parties, we recommend that you record the entire unboxing process to ensure no items are missing. Missing items, incorrect items, defects, etc., after unboxing will be based on a complete and clear unboxing video. If you find any defects or damage to the product, please contact our customer service as soon as possible, and we will handle it for you promptly.

➂ Delivery Address

C.NÈLÀN can only process orders for residential or commercial addresses within our delivery areas. Among other circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel a purchase contract in one of the following situations and are not responsible for compensation or other expenses:

I. Your payment information is incorrect or cannot be verified

II. There is an inadvertent error on the Website, such as a payment error

III. Contracts can only be concluded on this Website. We do not process orders placed by letter or fax.

IV. Your order was placed for criminal purposes or under circumstances related to criminal offenses or other illegal activities.

➃ Order Validity

Before submitting an order, you can change the information you provided, including payment information, shipping, and billing information. When you click "Complete Order," enter your payment information, and a receipt appears on the screen, you are contractually bound. If you experience any problems or make a mistake when placing an order, please contact our customer service.

For safety and stability, we will not process the following situations for the time being; please forgive us:

➄ Anti-Fraud Measures

To protect you and our other customers from fraud, we will not, under any circumstances, proactively or offline engage in remittances, ATM operations, or cash/property deliveries. 5) Returns and Cancellations

➀ Order Cancellation

Before the item is shipped, you can email service@c-nelan.com to request an order cancellation.

➁ Returns

If the item has already been shipped, it will follow the return process. Please email service@c-nelan.com directly, and our customer service will contact you.

Regarding returns during the appreciation period, please note the following:

I. If more than seven days have passed since receipt of the item, C.NÈLÀN will not accept returns during the appreciation period.

II. According to Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act, intimate apparel (such as underwear, pajamas, socks, swimsuits, etc.) and accessories (hats, ear studs, necklaces, earrings, rings, bracelets, etc.) are considered personal hygiene products. C.NÈLÀN will send them to you in transparent sealed packaging. If you have unsealed them, C.NÈLÀN will not accept returns during the appreciation period.

III. If during a return within the appreciation period, the product is damaged by human error, or lacks relevant accessories such as the box, dust bag, hang tag (including hang tag string), or related promotional gifts are not returned with the return package, you will be responsible for the related restoration costs (in accordance with Article 19-2, Paragraph 3 of the Consumer Protection Act and Article 259 of the Civil Code).

Regarding returns of defective products, please note the following:

I. If the product is not in its factory condition, such as having perfumes, smoke odors, various cosmetics, removed hang tags, being washed, showing various signs of use, wear, scratches, dirt, etc., a return for defect cannot be requested on the grounds of defect.

II. If relevant accessories such as the box, dust bag, hang tag (including hang tag string) are missing when the product is returned, a return for defect cannot be requested on the grounds of defect.

III. If related promotional gifts are not returned with the return package, it will be considered incomplete accessories, and the return process cannot be completed.

 

➂ Refunds

To prevent fraud, we can only refund to the credit card used to place the order. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the item, verified its condition, or proof of return has been submitted. It should be noted that for customer orders shipped outside of Taiwan, we do not refund customs duties and VAT.

 

6) Non-compliant Products and Incorrect Products

If your product is non-compliant or we have delivered an incorrect product, please contact our customer service. You are not required to pay any costs associated with returning non-compliant or incorrect products. If you notice a non-compliant product or that we have delivered an incorrect product upon delivery, you should refuse to accept the product.

 

7) Other Matters

We strive to update our website to ensure the accuracy of prices, offers, descriptions, and other information about products. Printing errors and errors in prices, offers, descriptions, and other product information may occur, and sometimes we find incorrect product prices, but we reserve the right to make final changes and decisions.
