Shipping Method
Due to different shipping regions and order placement times, products ordered on this website will be delivered within 4 weeks (excluding holidays and national holidays) after the order is completed. Possible delivery times can be specified, so please select them when shopping.
1) A "Shipping Completion Notification" email will be sent after the product is shipped. Please confirm the content.
2) Shipping regions refer to various counties and cities on Taiwan's main island, parts of Penghu, parts of Kinmen, Little Kinmen, Little Liuqiu, and Matsu.
3) The specified date and time are estimated. There may be delivery delays due to traffic conditions or weather problems.

1) A single order cannot be shipped to two or more addresses. Please place separate orders according to the required shipping addresses.
2) Two or more orders cannot be combined after the order is completed.
3) The shipping address can be changed on the personal information page. For shipping confirmation, changing the shipping status of ordered products, or changing the delivery date after shipment, please contact customer service at service@c-nelan.com.
