Returns and Exchanges Policy
Upon receiving the product, please immediately confirm that the "product content is correct." If you have any concerns about the product, you can email our customer service at [service@c-nelan.com] to apply for a return within "7 days (including holidays)" of receiving the product.
According to the Consumer Protection Act, the 7-day appreciation period starts the day after the customer (including the recipient themselves, family, friends, or a building manager) signs for the product. Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.
After applying for a return, you will receive a customer service acknowledgment email, and a courier will be arranged to pick up the product within 3 business days. After receiving and verifying the product, customer service will process your refund.
※Please note that some free email services may block emails sent by our company. If you do not receive a reply within 2 business days, please check your spam folder or call to confirm if your email was missed.
▪︎ This store only provides "return" service for all items except rings. For ring purchases, you may exchange the ring size once within 15 days (including holidays) of receiving the product. We do not accept exchanges for different styles or colors, and once exchanged, the product cannot be returned or exchanged again.
▪︎ Returns must meet the 'return conditions'
1) Returned products must be unused. [Unsealed products are considered used products]
2) The product must be properly packaged in its original packaging box, paper bag, and carton.
3) All accompanying items that arrived with the product must be retained, such as the warranty card, drawstring pouch, outer packaging box, etc.
▪︎ Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
1) Products received and signed for more than "7 days ago."
2) Personal items such as stud earrings.
3) Unsealed products.
4) Missing items such as the warranty card, drawstring pouch, or outer packaging box.
5) After receiving the customer service return notification email, if the product cannot be retrieved because relevant pick-up address information is not provided within 3 business days.

1. Order number
2. Order date
3. Name on the order
4. Contact phone number
5. E-Mail
6. Item name/quantity/price
7. Reason for return
8. Preferred pick-up date
9. Pick-up address
2) After receiving your return request and customer service confirms it, a courier will be arranged for pick-up. The courier will collect the item within 3 business days. Please package the item properly, provide it to the courier at the agreed time, and retain the courier receipt.
3) Once the returned product is received and verified, customer service will immediately process the refund.
