We currently offer the following payment method: credit card payment.

Please note that the payment method cannot be changed once the order is placed.

 

Credit Card Payment

This website accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, JCB, and UnionPay credit cards.

Debit Time: Your credit card will be charged on the product's shipping date. Additionally, "C-NELAN CO., LTD." will appear on your billing statement.

Security Code: To ensure the security of your transaction, you will need to enter the last three digits on the back of your credit card (or the four digits on the front for some cards) as the security code. Please note that this is not your credit card PIN.

Security Verification: To enhance consumer safety, some transactions will undergo identity verification. In such cases, we will temporarily hold the order shipment and arrange it immediately once verification is complete.
